Gaius Julius Caesar (BC 100 ~ BC 44, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julius_Caesar ) ; a Roman general and statesman.

Caesar played a critical role in the events that led to the demise of the Roman Republic and the rise of the Roman Empire.

With his command expiring and the Gallic Wars largely concluded, the Senate ordered Caesar to step down from his military command and return to Rome.

In early January 49 BC, Caesar openly defied the Senate by crossing the Rubicon and marching towards Rome at the head of an army.

This began Caesar's civil war, which he won, leaving him in a position of near-unchallenged power and influence in 45 BC.

In early 44 BC, he was proclaimed "dictator for life" (dictator perpetuo).

Fearful of his power, domination of the state, and the possibility that he might make himself king, a group of senators led by Brutus and Cassius assassinated Caesar on the Ides of March (15 March) 44 BC.

A new series of civil wars broke out and the constitutional government of the Republic was never fully restored.

Caesar's great-nephew and adoptive heir Octavian, later known as Augustus, rose to sole power after defeating his opponents thirteen years later.

Octavian then set about solidifying his power, transforming the Republic into the Roman Empire as its emperor.

Caesar is considered by many historians to be one of the greatest military commanders in history.

His cognomen was subsequently adopted as a synonym for "emperor"; the title "Caesar" was used throughout the Roman Empire, and gave rise to modern descendants such as Kaiser and Tsar.

What did people truly want to say to the world?

I want to convey the true heart of the person published here.

With this mindset, I hope to properly express Josephine Baker's heart.

1. Art is an elastic sort of love.

2. Let human beings be equal on Earth as in Heaven.

3. Sex was a pleasurable form of exercise, like dancing.

4. The secret to the fountain of youth is to think youthful thoughts.

5. I ran away from the United States, because of that terror of discrimination.

6. One dance had made me the most famous colored woman in the world.

7. I believe in prayer. It’s the best way we have to draw strength from heaven.

8. God dislikes evil, and no happiness can be built on hate.

Love one another as brothers.

9. The things we truly love stay with us always, locked in our hearts as long as life remains.

10. You must get an education.

You must go to school, and you must learn to protect yourself.

And you must learn to protect yourself with the pen, and not the gun.

11. I wanted to get far away from those who believed in cruelty, so then I went to France, a land of true freedom, democracy, equality and fraternity.

12. I think they must mix blood, otherwise the human race is bound to degenerate.

Mixing blood is marvelous. It makes strong and intelligent men. It takes away tired spirits.
