1. Emotions are the colors of the soul.
감정은 영혼의 색깔이다.
2. Real life, even in its suffering, is much more deeply rewarding than imagined life.
고통 속에서 실제로 펼쳐지는 삶이 상상했던 삶보다 훨씬 더 보람이 있다.
3. Just because you believe something firmly doesn’t make it true.
Be willing to reexamine what you believe.
어떤 것을 굳게 믿는다고 해서 그것이 진실이 되는 것은 아니다.
자신이 믿는 것을 기꺼이 재검토하라.
4.Grace doesn't depend on suffering to exist, but where there is suffering you will find grace in many facets and colors.
은혜는 고난에 의존하는 것은 아니지만, 고난이 있는 곳의 다양한 양상(樣相)과 색깔을 통하여 당신은 은혜가 무엇인지를 깨치게 된다.

Sin is its own punishment, devouring you from the inside.
It's not my purpose to punish it ; it's my joy to cure it.

죄는 내부에서 당신을 삼켜버리는 벌(罰)이다.
죄를 처벌하는 것은 나의 목적이 아니고, 죄를 치유해주는 것이 나의 기쁨이다.
8. It would be better off for you to remove dead words from your tongues and pay attention to living words such as mercy, goodness, forgiveness and decency.
쓸데없는 말은 혀로 씹어서 삼켜버리고 자비, 선, 용서, 품위 같은 살아있는 말을 하도록 심혈을 기울이는 것이 좋을 것이다.
9. ...if anything matters then everything matters. Because you are important, everything you do is important.
Every time you forgive, the universe changes ; every time you reach out and touch a heart or a life, the world changes.
어떠한 것이 중요하냐 하면... 모든 것이 다 중요하다.
당신이 중요하기 때문에, 당신이 하는 모든 일도 다 중요하다.
용서할 때마다 우주가 변한다.
마음이나 생명에 손을 내밀 때마다 세상이 바뀐다.
10. You were created to be loved.
So for you to live as if you were unloved is a limitation, not the other way around...
Living unloved is like clipping a bird's wing and removing its ability to fly...
A bird is not defined by being grounded but by his ability to fly.
Remember this, humans are defined not by their limitations, but by the intentions.
Love is not the limitation ; love is the flying.
I am love.
당신은 사랑받기 위해 창조되었다.
그래서 당신이 사랑받지 못하는 것처럼 살아서는 안된다.
사랑받지 못하는 삶은, 새의 날개를 자르고 그 비행(飛行) 능력을 제거하는 것과도 같다.
새는 땅 위에 돌아다니는 존재로서가 아니라 그 비행 능력으로 인해 새라고 정의된다.
이것을 기억하라. 인간은 그들의 한계에 의해서가 아니라, 그 의지(意志)에 의해서 인간으로 정의된다.
