With this mindset, I hope to properly express Scott Kelly's heart.

1. Training is the key to success, whether you're an astronaut or an athlete.

2. In space, there is no up or down, no left or right. It's a disorienting and awe-inspiring experience.

9. I clean up, putting all the tools and instruments back where they belong, remembering that a tool in the wrong place is no better than a tool we don’t have.

13. As we start the journey, translating hand over hand along the rails, I notice again how much damage has been done to the outside of the station by micrometeoroids and orbital debris.

It’s remarkable to see the pits in the metal handrails going all the way through like bullet holes.

I’m shocked again to see them.

우주 여정(旅程)을 시작하면서 레일을 따라 손으로 손을 이어 이동하다 보니, 미세 운석과 궤도 잔해로 인해 우주 정거장 외부가 얼마나 많이 손상되었는지를 다시 한번 더 느꼈다.

금속 난간이 총알 구멍처럼 뚫려 있는 모습은 정말 놀라웠다.

그 모습을 보고 다시 한번 충격을 받았다.
