※ Joseph Alois Schumpeter (1883~1950, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Schumpeter ) ; 20세기 오스트리아 출신의 정치경제학자( an Austrian political economist )이며, 1919년에 잠시 오스트리아 재무장관을 역임했다( He served briefly as Finance Minister of Austria in 1919 ).
