지도자는 음지에서 양지로 차츰 나아가며 대중성을 확보해야 하고, 계층 및 직능별 참호를 파고 진지를 구축하여 헤게모니를 장악해야 하며, 보편적인 가치와 상식을 토대로 지도자는 지적, 도덕적 우월감을 보여주어야 한다.
