1. Don't just write a to-do list write a to-be list.
할 일 목록만 작성하지 말고, 되고 싶은 존재의 목록을 작성하라.
2. Happiness is a choice; not just a matter of genes or good luck.
행복은 단지 유전자나 행운의 문제가 아니라, 자기가 선택하는 것이다.
3. Often it's the deepest pain which empowers you to grow into your highest self.
종종 가장 깊은 고통은 최상의 자아로 성장할 수 있는 자양분(滋養分) 역할을 한다.
4. Your mission: Be so busy loving your life you have no time for hate, regret or fear.
우리의 사명(使命): 자기 인생을 즐기며 사느라 너무 바빠서 미움, 후회, 두려움이 스며들 시간이 없도록 하라.
5. What we seek in love is finding someone with whom we feel safe to reveal our true self.

The better you make your "now" the better your life.

9. Someone who feels appreciated will always be & do more than expected.
This holds true in love & business.
감사하다고 느끼는 사람은 항상 예상보다 더 많은 일을 할 것이다.
이것은 사랑과 비즈니스에서도 마찬가지이다.
10. Sometimes when I'm not feeling so happy, I do something to make someone else happy then I find I'm suddenly feeling happy again.

11. You gotta look for the good in the bad, the happy in your sad, the gain in your pain, and what makes you grateful not hateful.

13. You should never have to convince someone into loving you and wanting to be with you.
You deserve to see someone who can easily see what's special in you.

14. Your thoughts and actions not only influence your mood, but the moods of all you cross paths with.
Thinking lovingly. Do lovingly.
Be a messenger for love.

15. The first step to living the life you want is leaving the life you don't want.
Taking that first step forward is always the hardest.
But then each step forward gets easier and easier.
And each step forward gets you closer and closer.
Until eventually, what had once been invisible, starts to be visible.
And what had once felt impossible, starts to feel possible.
원하는 인생을 살나가기 위한 첫 번째 단계는 원하지 않는 삶을 떠나는 것이다.
그 첫걸음을 내딛는 것은 언제나 가장 어렵다.
그러나 앞으로 나아갈 각 단계는 점점 더 쉬워진다.
앞으로 나아갈 때마다 점점 더 가까워진다.
언젠가는 보이지 않던 것이 마침내 보이기 시작한다.
한때 불가능하다고 느꼈던 것이 가능하다고 느껴지기 시작한다.
