① 내 인생 철학은 매일 매 순간을 즐기는 것이다.

③ 고안(考案)해낸 아이디어가 성공할지 여부를 알아보기 위해 많은 비용을 들여 시장조사를 하거나 보고서를 잔뜩 만들 필요는 없다.

④ 행복하지 않게 시간을 보내기에는 인생이 너무 짧다.
아침에 일어나면서부터 스트레스에 짓눌리고 우울한 표정을 한 채 일터로 나간다면, 이는 인생에 대한 올바른 태도가 아니다.
어떤 일이 재미있지 않거나 즐겁지 않으면 다른 일을 찾아야 할 때이다.

⑧ 가장 값싸게 하는 방법이나 가장 빠르게 하는 방법을 생각하지 말고, 가장 훌륭하게 하는 방법을 생각하라.
⑨ 복잡함은 자신의 적이다.
바보들의 특기는 무언가를 복잡하게 만드는 것이다.
일을 간단명료하고 확실하게 처리하는 것이 아주 중요하다.
⑩ 사업의 기회는 버스와도 같다.
