※ Peter Ferdinand Drucker (1909~2005, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Drucker ) ; an Austrian American management consultant, educator, and author, whose writings contributed to the philosophical and practical foundations of modern management theory.
He was also a leader in the development of management education, and contributed to the popularization of the concepts known as management by objectives and self-control.
His writings have predicted many of the major developments of the late twentieth century, including privatization and decentralization; the rise of Japan to economic world power; the decisive importance of marketing; and the emergence of the information society with its necessity of lifelong learning.

What did people truly want to say to the world?
I want to convey the true heart of the person published here.
With this mindset, I hope to properly express Peter Drucker's heart.
1. The best way to predict your future is to create it.
미래를 예측하는 가장 좋은 방법은 미래를 만드는 것이다.
2. Don’t try to innovate for the future. Innovate for the present!
미래를 위해 혁신을 시도하지 말고, 현재를 위해 혁신하라!
3. Working on the right things is what makes knowledge work effective.
올바른 일을 하는 것이 지식을 효과적으로 만드는 것이다.
4. Management is doing things right ; leadership is doing the right things.
경영은 일을 제대로 하는 것이고, 리더십은 옳은 일을 하는 것이다.
5. The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn't being said.
의사 소통에서 가장 중요한 것은 말하지 않는 것을 듣는 것이다.
6. History has been written not by the most talented but by the most motivated.
역사는 가장 재능있는 사람에 의해서가 아니라 동기부여가 제일 잘된 사람들에 의해 쓰여졌다.
7. Knowledge has to be improved, challenged, and increased constantly, or it vanishes.

9. It is more productive to convert an opportunity into results than to solve a problem - which only restores the equilibrium of yesterday.
어제의 균형만 회복하는 정도로 문제를 해결하는 것 보다는 기회를 결과로 바꾸는 것이 더 생산적이다.
10. It is a law of nature that two moving bodies in contact with each other create friction.
This is as true for human beings as it is for inanimate objects.
상호 작용하는 두 개의 움직이는 물체가 마찰을 일으키는 것은 자연의 법칙이다.
이 법칙은 무생물 뿐만 아니라 인간에게도 적용된다.
