※ Charles John Huffam Dickens (1812~1870, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Dickens ) ; an English novelist, journalist, short story writer and social critic (19세기 영국의 소설가, 언론인, 단편 소설 작가, 사회 비평가).
He created some of literature's best-known fictional characters, and is regarded by many as the greatest novelist of the Victorian era (그는 문학사상 가장 잘 알려진 허구적 인물들을 창조했으며, 많은 이들이 빅토리아 시대 최고의 소설가로 여긴다).
The term Dickensian is used to describe something that is reminiscent of Dickens and his writings, such as poor social or working conditions, or comically repulsive characters ('디킨스풍'이라는 용어는 열악한 사회 환경이나 노동 조건, 혹은 우스꽝스러우면서도 혐오스러운 등장인물처럼 디킨스와 그의 작품을 연상시키는 것을 묘사할 때 사용된다).

What did people truly want to say to the world?
I want to convey the true heart of the person published here.
With this mindset, I hope to properly express Charles Dickens's heart.
1. What greater gift than the love of a cat?
고양이의 사랑보다 더 큰 선물이 있겠는가?
2. A word in earnest is as good as a speech.
진실한 말 한마디는 연설만큼이나 위력이 있다.
3. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
사람들은 항상 현재는 힘든 시대라고 말들 하지만, 나는 그럼에도 이 시대에 태어난 것이 정말로 감사하다.
4. There are books of which the backs and covers are by far the best parts.
표지만 근사한 책은 구입하지 마라.
5. No one is useless in this world who lightens the burdens of another.
이 세상에서 타인의 짐을 가볍게 해주는 사람 가운데에 쓸모없는 사람은 아무도 없다.

세상에서 가장 신비로운 것은 사람이다.
사람이야말로 타인들에게는 쉽게 풀리지 않는 미스터리이다.
