What did people truly want to say to the world?
I want to convey the true heart of the person published here.
With this mindset, I hope to properly express Wilhelm II's heart.

We are becoming the U.S. of Europe under German leadership, a united European Continent, nobody ever hoped to see.
신의 손은 새로운 세상을 만들고 기적을 일으킨다.
우리는 독일의 지휘하에 유럽의 미국이 되어가고 있다.
그 누구도 바라지 않았던 통일된 유럽 대륙이다.
7. We have… fought for our place in the sun and have won it.
It will be my business to see that we retain this place in the sun unchallenged, so that the rays of that sun may exert a fructifying influence upon our foreign trade and traffic.
우리는... 태양 아래 우리 조국(祖國)의 자리를 위해 싸웠고 승리했다.
햇빛이 우리의 대외 무역과 교통에 유익한 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 어떠한 도전도 극복하여 태양 아래 이 장소(독일)를 유지해가는 것이 나의 과업이다.
8. Peace is completely impossible between Slavs and Germans...
Peace with Russia can only be maintained by fear of us.
The Slavs will always hate us and remain our enemies!
They are only frightened of a man and they only respect him if he hits them hard!
No peace with Russia, however favourable, will give us that!
슬라브 민족(러시아)과 독일 사이의 평화는 완전히 불가능하다.
러시아와의 평화는 러시아가 우리를 두려워해야만 유지될 수 있다.
러시아는 항상 우리를 미워하고 우리의 적으로 남을 것이다!
러시아 사람들은 누군가가 자기를 세게 때릴 때만 그를 존경한다!
러시아와는 아무리 우호적일지라도 우리에게 평화를 가져다줄 수는 없다!
9. It will now be my task to see to it that this place in the sun shall remain our undisputed possession, in order that the sun's rays may fall fruitfully upon our activity and trade in foreign parts, that our industry and agriculture may develop within the state and our sailing sports upon the water, for our future lies upon the water.
이제 나의 임무는, 태양 아래 우리의 활동과 국제 무역이 결실을 맺을 수 있고, 우리의 산업과 농업이 국가 내에서 발전할 수 있도록 햇볕이 잘 드는 이 장소(독일)가 우리의 확실한 소유가 되도록 하는 것이다.
그리고 우리의 항해 스포츠는 바닷물 위에서 이루어진다.
왜냐하면 우리의 미래는 물(바다) 위에 있을 것이기 때문이다.
