사랑의 선교회는 계속 확장하여 그녀가 사망하기까지 나병, 결핵, 에이즈 환자를 위한 요양원과 거처, 무료 급식소, 상담소, 고아원, 학교 등을 포함해 123개 국가에 610개의 선교 단체를 설립하였다.
